Precoating Construction

1. The substrate must be treated before spraying, requiring no rust, no oil, keep clean and dry.
2. The product is two-component system, stirred first, add curing agent according to the proportion.aging 30 minutes after stirring well. 3.With special thinner to adjust the construction viscosity, according to the amount of paint, the paint should be used within 8 hours. 4.It is recommended to spray 1 time, viscosity 15-18 seconds (coated -4#), max thickness of dry film up to 25μm.

The Primer Construction

1. The substrate must be treated before spraying, requiring no rust, no oil, keep clean and dry.
2. The product is two-component system, stir slurry first, add curingagent according to the proportion,aging 30 minutes after stirring well. 3. With special thinner to adjust the construction viscosity, according to the amount of paint, the paint should be used within 8 hours. 4. It is recommended to spray two times, each dry film thickness of 355 u m, require the construction interval more than 20 minutes. 5.For grinding,the temperature need tobe higher than 15C,dry about 24 hours.

The Construction of Unsaturated Polyester Putty

1. After the primer completely dry,youcan carry out the construction of putty.
2. Open the lid, stir putty in the bucket first, add curing agent evenly with the proportion, then you can scratch coating.

3. First scraping a 15#putty a time,and then scrapingtwo 11#putty twice,and after put 15#putty three times.
4. Grinding after scraping each putty for 4 hours, and then scrape a putty, carefully grinding ate last. If the winter temperature is too low, need to extend the grinding time or by adding driers,adjust the curing time.
5 the putty is generally used within 10-30 minutes, according to the construction needs also can be adjusted by the amount of curing agent.

The Construction of the Mid-Layer Primer

1. Scraping putty well,polished flat,thenyou can spray mid-layer primer coating.
2. Stir paint slurry in the barrel, add the curing agent in proportion, stir evenly, aging for 30 minutes.

3. According to the amount of paint,thepaintshouldbeusedwithin8hours.
4. Adjust to the construction viscosity with special thinner(about Tu-4#cup.17-22 seconds).
5. Spraying twice, the middle interval for 24 hours,after the second sprayingcompletely dry (temperature is 15C or more,24 hours,according to the construction needs,with putty fill defects,with sandpaper polished smooth, and then spray the mid-layer premier. 6.Requires the mid-layer premier film smooth,no sag.

The Top Coat of the Construction

1. Requires substrate drying,no water droplets, oil and other impurities.

2. Can spray topcoat after the secondmid-layer premier drying for 24 hours.

3. According to the amount of paint,the paint should be used within 8 hours.
4. Open the lid, stir the slurry fully in the bucket, join curing agent in proportion , it can be used after stirring well for 20 minutes.

5. With the professional thinnerto dilute ,spraying viscosity of about 17-23 seconds.
6. First spray topcoat one time,make upthe defects with substrate,handling defect well and then spray the second time,each paint must be dry in the temperature above 15 degrees for 24 hours,and then spray the next one,.if color,it need dry 24 hours.
7. For grinding,paint must be allowed to dry atroom temperature after 18 hours,polished with water.
