  • Q Atomization is left to right of the reason?

    A
    1. The fan control hole on the side of the atomizing cap is blocked. 
    2. The atomizing cap is damaged
    1. Clean the atomizing cap 
    2. Replace the atomizing cap

  • Q The center of the spray width is too thick of the reason?

    A
    1. The viscosity of the sprayed paint is too high 
    2. The spray pressure is too low
    3. The diameter and thimble of the nozzle increase and decrease due to wear. 

    Countermeasures:
    1. Reduce the viscosity of the paint 
    2. Increase the spray pressure 
    3. Replace the nozzle set

  • Q Spray splitting of the reason?

    A
    1. The viscosity of the paint is too low 
    2. The spray pressure is too high
    3. The fan control hole diameter is too large
    4. The paint is not enough
    5. The atomizing air passage is blocked 
     
    Countermeasures:
    1. Increase the viscosity of the paint 
    2. Reduce the spray pressure 
    3. Replace the nozzle set
    4. Add enough paint
    5. Clean the air passage of the spray gun

  • Q Uneven thickness of the upper and lower spray width of the reason?

    A
    1. Air exporters with nozzles,thimbles or air caps are blockedbydebris
    2. The gas cap or nozzle is damaged 
     
    Countermeasures:
    1. Cleaning nozzle set 
    2. Replace the nozzle set

  • Q Jumping a gun of the reason?

    A
    1. The nozzle is not tightened or notinstalled. 
    2. The needle seal kit is loose
    3. The connecting nut of the spray gunisloose(thelowerpotspraygun)
    4. The paint in the potis insufficient 
    5. The nozzle setis damaged 
     
    Countermeasures:
    1. Tighten the nozzle or clean and install the nozzle set
    2. Fastening thimble seal kit 
    3. Tighten the connection nut
    4. Supplementary paint 
    5. Replace the nozzle set

  • Q Phenomenon no paint or a small amount of paint can be sprayed of the reason?

    A
    1. The air replenishing hole of the gun lid isblocked or the air cap and suction tube are severely blocked.
    2,there is no paintin the pot 3,the thimble stroke is too small

    Countermeasures:
    1. Clean the air replenishing hole, air cap and suction tube on the lid of the pot 
    2. supplementary paint
    3. Rotate the paint flow adjustment knob to increase the stroke of the needle valve
