■ The parameter reading in the atomization pressure needs to be read in conjunction with a professional spraying air pressure gauge. The parameters in the lower column are Mpa megapascal units, 1 MP ≈0.98Bar.

■ The minimum particle diameter is measured by laser diffraction. Depending on the viscosity, there will be substantial differences. Do not use it as a basis for production. It is only used to distinguish the effect that the spray gun can achieve under specific conditions.

The gun body is made of ADC12 alloy. It is hot-formed by a 500T Nissan die-casting machine using a special mold. The air inlet interface adopts the design method of in-line hose, which reduces the customer's installation time and maintenance time. If equipped with our company's professional paint connector, the model is ACC. It only takes 5 seconds to replace a spray gun.

The spray gun nozzle is made of 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and abrasion. At the same time, it is equipped with a compound needle with a patent number of CN107081232A to adapt to special performance coatings. Such as: ceramic coatings with high abrasion performance, PTFE coatings, water-based coatings with high solid content, special coatings containing sand and so on.

The air cap is made of environmentally friendly copper alloy after five-axis CNC machining. Each atomizing cap has undergone professional testing and test spraying to prevent poor atomization during spraying, thereby reducing the defective rate caused by spray gun spraying in production.

According to different installation methods, the spray gun body is designed with a Φ16mm mounting hole to fit the mounting bracket for general scenes, or it can be used with our company's professional mounting bracket.

DD-5 is a paint efficient series spray gun, using the most advanced atomization technology -PP atomization technology, combining the advantages of traditional and HVLP spray gun, its atomizing cap air pressure of about 1.2-1.3 bar; The paint transfer efficiency is more than 65%, but the air consumption is lower than the traditional spray gun (295 liters per minute, intake pressure 2.5 bar), the operation is very close to the traditional spray, the installation hole position is 16 mm, directly replaced on the original gun, without any operation, the own paint circuit, to prevent the accumulation of paint, to avoid cleaning unclean situation.
